Cancellation Policy

Rates & Pricing • All listed prices represent starting rates. • Final quotes may vary depending on project size, scope, complexity, travel requirements, overtime, creative direction, risk, or client deliverables. • Weekly and day rates reflect industry-standard 10-hour days and 6-day weeks. • Facilitation fees apply to small tasks requiring 2–4 hours of work. • Custom quotes will be provided for specialised, large-scale, high-volume or multi-department projects. Deposits & Payment • A 50% deposit is required to secure all bookings unless otherwise agreed. • Remaining balance is due within 7 days of project completion or as stated on invoice. • Late payments may incur administrative fees. • All acting work is billed via client’s relevant agency (Thespians / Talent ETC). Travel, Accommodation & Per Diems • Travel, accommodation, meals and per diems are billed where applicable. • Rates for travel depend on location (Gauteng / Cape Town / national / international). Overtime • Overtime is billed according to industry standards after 10 hours (11 hours for acting). • Night shoots, public holidays and Sundays incur additional rates. Usage Rights (For Modelling / Digital Content / Influencer Work) • Usage is billed according to industry rates. • Rates may vary based on platform, region, duration and media type. Cancellations & Rescheduling • Cancellations within 48 hours of the booking may incur charges. • Rescheduling is subject to availability. General • All bookings are subject to availability and final approval. • Final deliverables, timelines and scope will be confirmed in advance. • Henri Strauss Productions reserves the right to decline bookings that fall outside of operational scope or ethical guidelines.
